East End Forum. 250 friends and supporters attend East End Forum to hear Fred Kent, Project for Public Spaces.

Arbor Day East End. GEEMD and hundreds of volunteers plant 1,500 trees in the East End

Stimulus Funds. The Houston-Galveston Area Council has announced that the Greater East End District will receive $5 million in stimulus funds. The District is accepting resumes through February 12 for a Federal Funds Project Manager.Click here for more information.
